Gugulethu Mbatha (better called Gugu-Mbatha-Raw) is an British actress and film star who became famous after she appeared in the BBC show "Doctor Who" which is which is a British sci-fi TV show. The host then appeared in other programs such as Weekends at the D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler appeared on The Tonight Show for a time as a reporter. Handler got her big break in 2006 when she started hosting her own show on E! It was called The Chelsea Handler Show. The Chelsea Handler Show ran for two years. Following the show, Handler performed on the Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend, HBO and Comedy Central have all broadcasted her stand-up comedy shows. Her name was chosen as host of the The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards in the year 2010. With this, she became the first woman to host the VMA's, following Roseanne Barr.
